A bit about Greek goddesses. Part II: Hera/Juno

Hello wonderful woman,

Have you read my post about the woman psyche? If not, please go check it before we go on here because there is some good information on Greek goddesses that you shouldn’t miss.

Last time I introduced you to Aphrodite, the goddess of love and beauty. Now I’m going to introduce you to the one of the most powerful goddesses on Olympus, Hera, Zeus*’s wife.

*Zeus was the supreme ruler of the Olympus

Hera in Greek Mythology and Juno in Roman Mythology, the goddess of marriage, wife, commitment maker

It’s all about you, usually married with children who prefer to stay home and have activities in family or simply you who don’t have much time for make-up or hairdos and prefer outfits that make you feel comfortable. You can apply Hera’s power in your style by wearing more classical and practical clothes, oversized handbags, basic makeup and low-profile accessories. But you don’t need to look boring. Add color to a piece of your outfit or 1-2 inches to your shoes and voilĂ : you’re a real powerful woman!

With these items you can embody the power of Hera:

Color scarf

Long shirts
Leggings
Belted cardigan
Flat shoes (Ballerinas)
Elegant dresses
Leather Hobo bag
Shoes with 1-2 inches
Hoop earrings
Long necklace
Swept ponytail
Basic make up

Next time I’ll introduce you to my favorite goddess, Athena. Stay tuned and don’t forget: No matter what you do, do it with style. YOUR style.

Your Style Coach,

Aline Lermer
